Wolverhampton Mountaineering Club

The club meets every Tuesday night at the New Inn on Salop Street in the City Centre of Wolverhampton from 9.30pm onwards. Salop Street runs by the Open Markets. Please see the map below, courtesy of Google.

We have a busy meets schedule throughout the year - and we normally organise these weekends the Tuesday prior to the meet. Outside of the organised meets, there are always club members trying to make the most of the weekend, and Tuesday is vital part of organising what's going on.

We have put up the answer to a few of the more in-depth questions you might have about the club here. It does not matter if you enjoy walking, climbing, mountaineering or just spending time in the countryside; it only matters that you enjoy your time with the club. Nor does it matter what your level of experience is - most new members enjoy trying new activities with the experience of the club behind them, but whatever your experience, we think you'll find existing members at your level.
